All the Café de mi Pueblo coffee beans are roasted in the artisan way, by utilizing the senses of sight, smell and sound.

Our responsibility is to highlight the distinctive flavors made possible through the hard work, care and concern of the farmers, roasting the coffee to bring out its best attributes.

When choosing which coffee to offer we based our selection on quality, first and foremost. 

We simply focus on selling good coffee to our costumers and we know that the consumer really is the ultimate decision- maker; that is why Café de mi Pueblo takes all the necessary steps to ensure that we bring you the finest of coffees.

Café de mi Pueblo comes from the world renowned coffee growing region of Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The area enjoys ideal conditions for producing coffee, from its temperate climate to its rich soil on Tarrazú’s mountain slopes. The elevation, temperature, and rainfall are ideal for coffee production. The combination of ideal climatic conditions with outstanding soils, produces a hard, dense bean, rich in essential oils that produce an intensively aromatic cup of coffee overflowing with rich flavor.
